What began as an interest in watching the process of buildings under construction led to summer employment during high school, working in the construction industry.
While attending college in Southern California studying Marine Environment and Building Construction I started and operated Pacific Property Maintenance. I provided tenant vacancy remodeling and property care for Investment property owners / managers, condominiums and vacation property owners.
After College I returned to the Washington D.C. area where I framed custom homes for Gosnell Construction in Potomac Maryland. While building custom homes during the day I began providing remodeling work upon request during evenings and weekends. The small jobs quickly increased in size and number. I then prepared for, tested and received the required licensing.
Established in 1985, working in Washington D.C, the State of Maryland and now Licensed in South Florida we continue to serve our clients with personal service and attention to detail throughout the entire remodeling process.
The majority of our projects are in the Ft. Lauderdale area of South Florida . Concentrating our expertise in this area allows us to provide better customer service and operate more efficiently.
However upon request we will schedule work for our long time customers in the Washington D.C. area. We have worked to earn their trust and are committed to being their “Contractor for Life”.

We have clients who have us maintain their entire residence and vacation properties.
