What We Do

We provide Design Build Contracting Remodeling & Repair Services. We provide Precision craftsmanship with Personal Service. We will listen to your project ideas and needs and apply our experience and expertise to the process.

With the exception of the sub contracted specialty trades the majority of your work will be performed by our staff of qualified tradesmen. I personally supervise all phases of our work.

Our working hours are 8:00 am – 4:30 pm M-F

• We use floor protection, dust barriers and drop cloths.
• We keep our work areas organized and clean up at the end of each work day.
• Our goal is to deliver Quality Construction Services on time and on budget.

Kitchen Remodeling:

Bathroom Remodeling:

There are many features to consider when remodeling a bathroom. Ventilation, good lighting, storage, mirror placement, safety features like grab bars, shower accessories and the importance of quality finishes in stone and ceramic. Let our experience help to plan & create a bathroom that will be safe, beautiful & functional for years to come.

Condominium & Whole House Renovation:

Moving walls, opening space for more light / enhancing a view or total renovation of an existing floor plan requires thoughtful planning. The relocation of plumbing and structural members may be necessary. Careful consideration of the effects on air conditioning circulation, lighting, location of switches & outlets and opportunities for locating computer and cable wiring are some of the many things to consider. We like to visualize the finished product & work backwards. This helps to give us insight to how the space can best serve the occupants.

Vacation & Investment Property Maintenance:

We care for and maintain properties for clients who spend only the winter season in residence. We perform remodeling and repair work during the “off season” summer months. During the owners absence we inspect the properties bi-weekly or monthly monitoring the air conditioning and plumbing systems etc.

Health Care Facilities:

We provide Remodeling & Carpentry repair services for Manor Care and health care provider facilities.

Custom Carpentry:

We provide custom design and installation of built in wall units, office space and finish carpentry. We provide a wide range of carpentry services from basic to structural repairs and construction.
